My co-worker, Bryan is going to Swinden, England for a few weeks and is looking for a place to train. I know I get at least a few hits from England everyday. Any of you guys know of a good place to train?
This is Bryan. He likes to play bass, deadlift and has a handlebar mustache. Nuff said.
Is that Swindon, Wiltshire? If so I hear good things about Ironworx. I train at Oxford University gym, but that’s a good 45 minutes drive.

No I’ve never heard of these guys, but I DIG it. Sadly, since my laptop crapped out on me, I’ve been out of the music scene. This little netbook can’t hold an itunes library of a significant magnitude, so I’ve been just shuffling through my vinyl collection. I’m stuck in 2011 which is so OVER.
