Hit the wall pretty hard yesterday.  It’s cool though.  I still plan to hit some PRs this week and the next.

Yesterday AM:

Snatch: Worked up to 120 for some singles.

Clean and Jerk: Missed 140 a few times.

Yesterday PM:

Snatch: 130.

Clean and Jerk: 140.

F. Squat: 160.

Today PM:

More power snatches and power cleans.  I’ll update if I do anything notable.

I only have time for 1 session yesterday, which means I’m going to try and PR in the morning.  We’ll see how that goes.
