Front Skwaaatz.

I’m going to post this real quick and then talk about it more in depth tomorrow after my biomechanics midterm.  Basically, I’ve been front squatting to maximum twice a day.  Should you do this? No. No, you shouldn’t.  But it worked for me, at least for now.  I’ll talk more about what I’ve been doing later.  For now, here’s the front squat that I’ve been thinking about since 2010.
