Here’s a few more photos of the rest of us who competed at Nationals courtesy of HookgripBe sure to check out Nat’s stuff at the Hookgrip store.  He’s got some sweet photos, posters and T-shirts.

Rae keeps a cool head and a competitive attitude which aided her in totaling at her first national meet. Great job, Rae!

Dat triple extension, bro? Emelie got a taste of the national scene at the Arnold this year after a relatively short amount of time training. We're all excited to see the progress she makes in a year's time.

Light blue singlet, ace bandages, leather belt and curly mop. That's a man of class right there.

Ben, how do you transition your lifters from home gym to a meet? (ie from CC’s meet video, her approach before the lift – and before getting on the platform – seemed very different from what I’ve seen on videos when you’re working out at the home gym). Of course the videos typically don’t show the entire pre-lift routine.

Do you think it’s pretty important to stick to a pre-lift routine during normal workouts and maintain that at meets?

2 weeks out, we’ll lose the straps for snatches. CC will often ditch them before that unless performing snatch complexes or pulls. Her set-up seemed to be pretty consistent with what she does in the gym.

Yeah, I try to get my lifters to start a lift in the most repeatable fashion as possible especially while performing heavy singles.
